How can a Direct MGR Display Resignee Staff Data in her/his Organization Unit?

Hi all,

A Direct Manager user in an organization unit really need to display the resignee employees data in his organization unit using TCode PA20.

To cover that requirement, the resignee employees master data still were set to a position in the same organization unit which handled by that user. Then create authorization profile for that organization unit using TCode OOSP and assign that authorization profile to a user account using TCode OOSB.
But when that user login to SAP, he/she still cannot display the resignee employee 

Does anyone knows what should I do/custom, so a end-user (not HR user) can display resignee employees data in his/her organization unit only using TCode PA20?

Hi,

if the resignees have a different employee group you might need to add that to P_ORGINCON.
